We are trying to reinstall the sunroof on the Jowett 10 it was sealed up and covered over years ago .Has anyone got any ideas as to the material that goes around the frame to stop the water leaking in .also what is used to make the sunroof well at the back . I am noticing that the Jowett 10 appears to be running a tad hot , temp gauge will read up to 90 deg C will then slowly drop to about 85deg .I have tested the water temp against the gauge reading and is good , cooling system and rad have been flushed and appear ok . I had the skew gear wear on mine which gave me 40-50 deg of play at the rotor arm , all due to the oil jet on the pump being blocked

Electric water pump

I am becoming aware that the Jowett 10s thermo syphon cooling system isn't quite up to today's heavy traffic and queues. The radiator is good and all the pipes and waterways are clear ,stuck in traffic the temp will rise up to 95 deg C . I am looking into the possibility of fitting an electric water...

I will still be attending,as keith says we have to live with this and try to have some normality,I shall restrict the number of passengers per trip and not overload , windows open and probably disinfect regularly.Also I am double vaccinated, I just need to be aware and careful

Hi all ,I have now found a box of brackets of which I think was removed from the wood frame ,unfortunately they are rusted and some need to be remade the ash frame has disintegrated and I only have a few bits here and there ,does anyone know of any diagrams that show where these brackets fit ,thanks...

Is this a Bradford Dynamo

I have found a dynamo in the back of dad's garage ,can anyone tell me if it is off of a CC Bradford It's a Lucas ,the markings are 22258D 5 54 C39PV2 LO 12v The pulley has a diameter of 3.5 in , It looks similar to a Javelin one but with a larger pulley Thanks for any help
