Re: Jowett sports KW on film.

On the same website see Motor Trials 1920-1929. Newcastle Tyne and Wear. Is that KW3400 again right at the end and is there another Jowett in the trial?

Jowett sports KW on film.

The car is seen taking a corner about 1min 30sec in. See British Pathe web site. Motor Racing 1920-1929. Film ID 2426.14. WARNING This site is addictive , lots of films of Brooklands, Ulster TT, rallies, hill climbs and more.

Re: JOWETTS FOR SALE - OCTOBER 2014

The Jowett 7-17 Sports was last sold by H&H at Buxton on 13th July 1995, it sold for £6000. It would be nice if it returned to GB and took it's rightfull place on the trials hills.

Re: 1950 Javelin Project No Reserve Auction 25th Oct

The auction blurb says the Jav has been dry stored. Was it under a carport or covered when on the drive in Stroud? Today I am getting the Kestrel ready for a Trial on Sunday, looks like it might be muddy so more grip required! Nigel.

Re: Most Expensive Jupiter Ever Sold?

In terms of what you could buy for the same money the most expensive Jupiters may have been the brand new ones. What would be the price of a new one be today after inflation, cost of living index ? If it works out at say 40k then they are still bargains.

Re: 21st Century Jowett

For Jowett to survive into this century the answer may have been to get out of car manufacture and switch to construction equipment ie mini diggers and similar developed from the Bristol Crawler. Who Knows we might all be asking for a JOWETT not a JCB.
