Looking for a Javalin - past club member

Post by Jemma »

My Dad used to be in the club until around about 1993 ish? Had Javlins mainly, a kestral and a few others, as well as repairing many for others along the way. He got out of it due to work commitments when I was around about 8/9 years old (my christening was in a javlin in 1985, many I'm sure in the club in Bradford then attended!). So, to my point. My Dad's had a really bad year, been quite poorly with Cancer, but is coming out the other side. It's his birthday in Feb so we're looking to buy him a project for it (but a suprise one at that). Something that needs a little TLC and he can restore (although not too much of a shed!). I wondered therefore if anyone knew of any coming on to the market in need of some work around the £3k or below mark?

Many thanks to all in advance.

Anyone at all? I've only had one reply with some tips on picking a Jowett up, I thought people may know of some for sale?

Hi Jemma,

I've sent you an e-mail about a few cars that I am aware of, please let me know if you do not receive it.

I am sure that we can find a car between us, there are many projects out there in need of a bit of finishing and the budget you have seems reasonable.

Jack.

Hi

We have 2 Javelins for sale in need of restoration, however they are not in the best condition. It depends on how much of a 'project' you want.
