Air compressor
I have, in the garage, a small 50 litre air compressor which is on semi-permanent loan from my mate Bernard. I have had it for quite some time, and it does not get much use from month to month. Apart from opening the tap at the bottom of the air receiver every now and then to let out condensation water I have never done any sort of servicing to it as I haven't a clue what to do. As it's in the garage where I have 'Mary Ellen' and 'Sarah Jane', both of which are pre-war Jowetts, I thought I might ask for guidance on compressor maintenance through JowettTalk as it is very Jowett-orientated as far as I'm concerned. It just chugs away without any untoward noise, so I think it's ok, but any advice would be welcome. Thanks, Tony.
