August 9th – Ex–Employees Reunion (more details from Keith Wear 01724 734043), and/or Astle Park Traction Engine show.
September 13th/14th – Rushton Spencer weekend including AGM.
September 20th/21st – Manchester Classic Car Show at Event City: Tony Jackson has booked a 10 x 7m stand for us. More details to follow later in the year. The show looks bigger than ever so a good opportunity to promote our Club. Tony Jackson now needs to know who wants to join him and Greg in their Jupiters. September 27th/28th – North West Vintage Rally – Victoria Park, Widnes, Cheshire WA8 7SU. Entries required by 1st August; contact Paul Wilks for further details.
October 3rd–6th – Weekend away at the Baskerville Arms, Clyro, nr Hay-on-Wye, HR3 5RZ; tel: 01497 820670. Three night break D, B&B is £49pppn. They have 12 rooms plus 1 single and have been holding them for us until 1 March 2014. Please quote Jowett Car Club when booking.
