Hello Pat. I emailed bob.parker as you suggested, but it was on April Fool's day. Nothing as yet. Is this a "GOTCHA"?!!!pat lockyer wrote:Event - Bradford

Classic cars come rolling into Bradford
Motor enthusiasts from across the district are revving up for the inaugural Bradford Classic Car show.
Bradford Council is holding the showcase event on Centenary Square on Saturday, 22 July and is now appealing for residents with traditional, competition, kit, fun and novel cars to register for the event.
So far a range of vehicles have been registered, including a 1930s Jowett van, a 1967 Humber Super Snipe, a 1914 Ford T, and a 1969 Land Rover 88" Lightweight.
The event will also mark Bradford car company Jowett Car Ltd's 100th anniversary after it was founded by two brothers, William and Benjamin Jowett in 1906.
Jowett cars, such as the Jupiter and the Javelin, are a favourite among many stars including seven-time world motorcycle champion John Surtees and have also starred in many films and television programmes such as Heartbeat and The Royal.
Centenary Square will be divided into different sections with a 'fun zone' featuring VW Camper vans and kit cars on show outside the bar and restaurant area, a traditional car section outside City Hall and competition cars outside the Magistrates' Court.
Bradford Council's city centre manager Bob Parker said: "A number of cars have already been registered, but we want to get a lot more involved and put on a great show for our first exhibition.
"There are a lot of car enthusiasts in the district and I'm sure there's a lot more excellent motor vehicles of all shapes and sizes, styles and designs that would be really good additions to the show.
"It promises to be a wonderful spectacle and hopefully the exhibition will become an annual event that will grow and attract more interest from further a field over the years."
Anyone wanting to register their cars for the show should contact Bob Parker on 01274 434407 or by email to bob.parker@bradford.gov.uk.
Places are limited to 100 and it is advised people register as soon as possible.
