Yes it was. since three Jowetts left ftom Tower Bridge on the first international classic rally. Next year the rally returns to Cortina D'Ampezzo. So Frank, Geoff, Mike , Bill, Malcolm and Drummond, how about a re-run?

Yesterday Ruby was clearing out my wardrobe and lo and behold dug out the original T-Shirt and sweat sweat shirt of that event, then last night I found your entry on Jowett Talk. ( must have missed it earlier ) Is this an omen !!!!!!..

I too have them; although they are a little grubby.
Having done the 1998 one with Amy ten yars ago it would be good to do the 20th as well.
Perhaps Ib Rasmussen could compete with Mike's car that did it in 1988.
