New Users and duplicate user names

You may have noticed users coming and going very rapidly. At the moment forumadmin manually scans and deletes users who are thought to be selling drugs. Whilst such a service may be of use to some of our members, the majority (that is me) thinks not. An interest in Jowetts is a pre-requisite for this forum. I may have to automate scanning of newly registered members. This would involve sending an email to the user to confirm their address and their interest in Jowetts. If this is not forthcoming, the user will be banned. If you no longer require a user name that you have registered under please Private Message forumadmin. I note that there are some people with more than one logon name. Please decide which one you would prefer to use. Names with forename and surname are preferred.
