Lower cost UK road fuel

I have recently been supplied with this contact, which seems to be the latest in a string of suggestions to lower the cost of fuel in the UK. It might prove to be a waste of time, but thought some of you might be interested.

I think there are many of these ideas around based on bulk purchasing. Clearly do not part with any money.
To save fuel, do not use the car- walk or bicycle (public transport is too expensive), get a more efficient car, cadge a lift, or, if like me, treat driving as an expensive pleasure!
