Who Owns Jowett Cars Limited?

Idly wondering who now owns the company name "Jowett Cars Limited", I went to the UK Companies House website to explore: http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk//index.shtml

I was assuming that the name was owned by one of the Jowett Car Clubs in some manner; I seem to recall many years ago that someone purchased the rights to the name from Hawker-Siddeley.

From a simple search at the Companies House website, I see:
Jowett Cars Ltd, Company No. 01892660 with registered address in Bingley, Yorks.
Jowett Javelin Ltd, Company No. 04023495 with registered address in Deeside.
Jowett Jupiter Ltd, Company No. 05703597 with registered address in Deeside.
Jowett Car Club Ltd, Company No. 06113438 with registered address in Bradford.

The JCC Ltd address is easy, being the Spares Officer, however I don't recognize the other addresses from 4000 miles away. Are they all Club members? If not, who are they?

JOWETT CARS LIMITED

Jowett Cars Ltd is owned by the Jowett Car Club Ltd. The registered address in Bingley is the address of one of the three directors. I am the company secretary.

We are aware of Jowett Javelin Ltd and Jowett Jupiter Ltd of which we have no contact.
