It is interesting to look at the ratio of Views to Posts on a given subject. In the main the ratio is very high. Now, obviously one would expect there to be more Views than Posts, but the figures would seem to indicate that there are a lot of people watching but not joining in (or not much). What a boost it could give to our web presence and depth of chat, if more people actually said something; even if it was to disagree and say in their opinion Jowetts are rubbish, it would give us the opportunity to enlighten them and get things stirred up a bit wouldn't it!

I view everything that is posted, including subjects like pre-war cars of which I know nothing so couldn't post. Perhaps everyone does that.

I would hope most use the 'View Unread Posts' facility on JowettTalk' and' view Latest comments' and 'view latest Updates' on JowettGallery.

Above is is the exact procedure I use immediately on logging on, both on JowettTalk and Gallery . . . Then I look at all the "found" posts. There's lots of interesting stuff, but most times there's nothing I consider useful I can add to the subject matter.
