Happy New Year from a lively CKW 141 (Jemima)

Hi Guy's,
Under leaden skies here in East Cheshire, something is stirring from her winter slumber.
I fired up my 8HP "Jemima" this morning. I did this last month, and decided today, because the temperature was a balmy 4°C I would turn the engine over and give, not only the battery a boost, but also get the oil moving.
I switched everything on and, to my surprise I had power. I pressed the starter and she sprang into life. I let the engine run for a good while and felt strangely satisfied, at my achievement. The car is still running very well. And with luck I hope to take her to our New Year lunch at the Knot next month.
I don't normally run my car at this time of the year, because she is in a neighbours garage. But this year she's at home. And this gives me the opportunity to turn the engine over. Hopefully because I am doing this, I wont have the mither of getting her road fit in March .
Happy New Year
