Club premises

There was discussion at the JCC AGM yesterday of the club planning a future, or at least considering options, for the next 5 or 10 years. One topic was what to do with tons of used spare parts, whether to scrap them, auction them or store them.
We discussed afterward some posiblilities and I suggested teaming with other clubs on parts storage and club faciliies similar to the Western Australia set up or that in Denmark wher clubs own premises.
One possibility to achieve this, with or without other club's help, is to have a trust fund into which Jowetteers will a legacy that helps continue the existence of their coveted marque.

Nothing from preventing JCC - owning their own HQ / club facilities - see link - this is an example of a small club in the far flung quarters of Scotland and they have achieved it !! http://www.svvc.co.uk/
