Thank you, and the same to you and yours George, as well as to all the Jowett friends Hilary and I have made in the past 49 years.

If any of you are JowettTalk members, perhaps you'd spare a moment to add to this thread, maybe greetings for the New Year as there's not much time left for Christmas greetings. Theoretically it should win the prize for the number of replies to a post!

OK lets try. Barbara and I wish all members of the Jowett world a very happy Christmas season, and hope that the coming year will treat you all well, and that our elderly motor cars behave them selves.

And a very merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all Jowetteers from the Clements / Moon households.

We will be having Christmas dinner at my and Jack's house - I've spent most of the day preparing the food (mini tartiflettes to start, haunch of venison with all the trimmings for main, and a chocolate and salted caramel tart for pudding. Christmas cake, cheese and all that as well in case anyone is still hungry!).

It may be a rather more subdued affair than normal, but dad and I feel that it would be, as mum would have said, maudlin not to have Christmas.
