NZ'ers may be interested to learn that our daughter, Kristy, is attending Jenny Clements Funeral as a representative of our family and also to represent the Jowett Car Club of New Zealand (with Alan Stanley's "blessing"). Several NZ members will have met the Clements family over the years and more recently during the "raid" on the Centenary Rally in the UK.
Best regards to all.

Re: Representative of JCC of NZ
Kristy arrived on her bike; but we did not let her go to the service on it. I took her in Jenny's Javelin.
Her effort was most appreciated and she helped celebrate Jenny's life. Thanks to the NZ club for your thoughts.
It was Jenny and my hope to visit the rally last year in NZ combining it with the world cup but Jenny's health was not good enough (in some ways we are glad we did not as our rugby team did not perform!).
Over 100 people attended a lovely service with memories of Jenny through childhood, marriage, personal friendships, Jowett and Saracens clubs. The wake continued well into the next day.
I will post some pictures in the Gallery later.
