Terry - Welcome to the forum - maybe you would like to post a thread in the Pre War section on the car and your progress with it - do you have any pictures ? - if you need help with posting them to the forum just let us know and one of us will be along to help you out - what type of body are you thinking of fitting ? (I take it that there is nothing left of the original one)
Chris

Welcome aboard!
I will be watching for progress with great interest. I have a 1930 fabric saloon which I have repaired over the last ten years.
I live not a million miles away down in Eastbourne and of course there are all the other Southern Section members who will be watching - and probably offering advice - so you aren't on your own.
I assume you will be joining the club to gain access to the Spares Service.
Kepp us all informed of progress, however small. Someone once said 'Every little helps'. Of course every much helps more!

Terry:
Have a look at the 1920 car listed under 'Jowetts for Sale'. It could be similar to yours and is located in Grays, so maybe a quick run would be informative? Take your camera/phone and get as much info as possible.
Even the photos on the website could be very useful - assuming it is the same model of course!
Any chassis number for guidance? If the original bonnet is with the car there MAY be a number stamped into the lower edges of the side panels where there is a 'kink' in the bottom edge.
On my car these are the last three digits of the chassis number.
You never know. . .!
