Just had a Skype conference with Eric in Canada. I could even see him, so we are all set for some engine rebuilds over the web.
It should cost less than thirty UK pounds to kit your PC up with a Webcam with microphone or you can buy a headset for less than a tenner.
When shall we have our first JowettTeleconference or virtual Noggin& Natter?
My ambition would be to have someone from each of the 6 continents connected at once. I think we can forget Antartica!
I tell you what! Kitting the JCS store out with a webcam would allow people to 'try before they buy' or allow them to show the problem (with Jowetts) they were having.
But then I am dreaming.......
Skype video conference.

Another milestone. We had our first multi-national virtual natter and noggin. Eric Aldcroft from Canada, Jorma Hihnala from Finland and your very own, Keith Clements, from Blighty.
Eric and I started on video as well as audio; but Skype does not yet support more than two video conversations, so when Jorma joined we reverted to a very clear audio trans-Atlantic and trans-Baltic natter.
We must now get our South African and Australian members involved.
