2-door Javelin?

Hi! First post. My Dad had a ‘51 Javelin (GKU128) from ‘53 to ‘65 when I think it went for scrap (sorry!) and he bought a Rover P4. I had many a happy day or 10 helping my Dad do things on the Javelin and I have a soft spot for these cars.
Now, my query.
In my online Motorsport magazine for June 2019 there is a an article about Jim Russell and his school of racing. Attached to this is a short 1959 newsreel about the school. At the beginning is a car on a skidpan and it’s a Javelin but not one I have ever seen before. It’s got two doors instead of four and looks shortened compared to the car I know. It’s not one colour which makes me wonder if it was a cut and shut modified car to promote oversteer on the skidpan.
Any ideas?
