I have many but they are useless! Any drop of moisture and they arc. But if you want it just for driving around the desert then OK.

Happy to offload 4 should you decide you want them as would never use them. You probably also need the fawn seals.

Much better to run with NGK right angle motorcycle suppression caps has these carry a waterproof seal at each end and are by far the most reliable cap to run on a Jowett engine

Hi Rick,
The caps I have are 60 years old and may look 'cool' but IMHO are not 'usable and running condition' for UK conditions. But if you want to give them a try you are welcome to have them on payment of post and packing cost.

The Jowett spark plug covers can be used to give that finished appearance to the engine. I have used this mod with no
problems. Drill out the covers & insert a suitable modern waterproof cover, I used Honda plug covers as used on the
Rover 827, these are set using a good epoxy into the drilled covers, the job is easy using a cylinder head on the bench.
A soft rubber ring forms an additional seal between the head tin plate & the plug cover, as stated, cool, & correct for
appearance,

Alf

Hi Alf,

I like your ideas. If possible shoot me a picture of this mod so I can tackle it too.
